Individual exterior room with king size bed, very bright. Completely furnished with totally new modern furniture, from Ikea (2018): 135 cm bed, built-in wardrobe, mirror, desk, chair, desk lamp, shelf and bedside table. The community and water expenses are included in the price, but the electricity, wifi, natural gas and Internet registry and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants.
The flat is placed on a 2th floor and has an elevator. Also, tt has 7 single rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. It has central heating and air-conditioning. In addition, the accommodation and the furniture is from 2018. The living room is very spacious, very bright, with TV and has a balcony. The kitchen is also very roomy and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing room with washing-machine. At the heart of the City Center. 15 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 10 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 15 minutes away from the Faculty of Law, 2 minutes away from the main bus stops.
The tenants of the property are informed that it is strictly forbidden to make noise or hold meetings with friends after 22:00.
Situated in the city center, only a few meters away from the main pedestrian streets and shopping areas of Córdoba, like the Avenida del Gran Capitán, characterized by its terraces, pubs, bars and shops, El Corte Inglés, the most important department stores in Spain, and the Cruz Conde street, a pedestrian street with plenty of shops that connects Avenida de Ronda de los Tejares with the beautiful Tendillas Square, the neuralgic center of Córdoba, one of the meeting points for young people. In less than 5 minutes walking is possible to get to the Jewish Quarter, the Cathedral, and other historical quarters like Santa Marina, San Andrés, San Lorenzo and the Corredera Square, one of the major meetings points for the locals because it has plenty of bars and terraces to eat tapas. From the city center it is possible to move easily around the city because you can get any bus line.

The case may not need anything else apart from the telemedicine consultation, so the doctor will close the service sending the report and the prescriptions so the student can get them from a pharmacy.
